Ruth Elizabeth "Ruthie" Hargraves

Ruth Elizabeth Hargraves was born January 3, 1951, to the late John and Mildred Hart in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ruthie as she affectionately known was raised in south Philadelphia. She was educated by the Philadelphia Public school system Ruthie was always outspoken , vibrant and a lover of life. On May 20th,2018 the lord said "daughter it is finished". The Love of her life, Joh, was by her side, holding and kissing her as she transition to Glory at 7:38 pm. she went peacefully and on her own terms.
