Evette Braswell

Evette was born in Philadelphia to James Braswell and Wilhelmina Braswell on October 2, 1963. Evette was educated in the Philadelphia Public School system graduating from Overbrook High School. Evette was a loving mother to her girls, her main job was making sure they were well taken care of. She loved grooving to her Oldies. She enjoyed Bingo, Jigsaw Puzzles, making latch hook rugs and creative writing. Evette also loved to travel, when she had the opportunity to. Several years ago, her health began to decline and she was not able to do the activities she loved. Through the good and bad Evette adored her Philadelphia Eagles she had every type of EAGLES paraphernalia one could possibly posses. Saying she adored them was an understatement. She was a true fan and never missed a game. Evette was a loving mother and true friend to any and everyone she held dear. On October 14th 14, 2021, Evette was called from Labor to Eternal rest. Evette was preceded in death by her father: James Braswell. Evette leaves to Cherish her Memory, Children Jocelyn(Anthony) Bowie, Katia Braswell, Carol Braswell and Morgan Braswell, Mother: Wilhelmenia Braswell, Siblings: Kevin King, Karen Zoro, Jane Braswell and Sharrone Warner, Grandchildren: Quamir, Quianna, Haileigh, Diamond, Dzhaje, Tyleiqna, Kabir, Kamian andKourtney, a host of Nieces, Nephews Cousins, friends and neighbors.
