Barbara Ann Griffin

Barbara Ann (Muzzy) Griffin, born on July 7, 1941, in Philadelphia, PA peacefully passed away on November 1, 2023 in Philadelphia at the age of 82. Barbara was born to Roosevelt and Ella Gibson, both of whom have preceded her in death.

Barbara completed her high school education in the Philadelphia school system and pursued a degree in Cosmetology. She dedicated her professional career to the banking industry, specializing in foreign currencies. After an impressive 50 years of dedicated service, she retired.

Barbara is survived by her loving sister, Ellena Williams of Philadelphia. she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Monroe Griffin, as well as her sisters Madeline Robinson, Alice Washing, Rosaline Lawrence, and her twin brother Roosevelt Gibson, Jr. she also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory.
