Charlotte Bernice Thomas

Charlotte Bernice Proctor, affectionately known as "Gramps", was the eldest of two children. She was born November 7th, 1916 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Charles and Matilda Proctor- her brother Leon preceded her in death. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of three devoted children; Freda M. Scriber, Elise A. Fisher, and Frederick L. Thomas Sr., Nine Loving Grandchildren and spouses, Frederick Brinkley Sr. and Tracy, Darryl Thomas and Stacy, Derrick Thomas and Linda Frederick Thomas Jr. Nakia, Michelle Thomas- Summer and Ronald, Douglas Fisher and Yolonda, Carla, Ricky, and Fareed Thomas; Her granddaughter, Beverley Ann Brinkley preceded her in death; 13 Amazing Great- Grandchildren; 10 Great- Great Grandchildren; One Sister in Law Marian Moore of New York, NY and Special- in- Laws, Jennie and Jess Justice.
