Joseph "Anthony" Watson was born to the late Louis and Melvin Watson on February 19, 1961 in Philadelphia PA.
Anthony was called home on Monday April 17, 2023.
Anthony was educated early on at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Elementary School. Anthony later attended St. John Newman Catholic School for boys, and then South Philadelphia High School, were he graduated.
As a young man, Anthony enlisted in the United States Military Army, until Honorable discharged. Anthony was blessed with fatherhood with the birth, of his first daughter, Shamekea Robinson.
August 1986, Anthony was untied in Holy Matrimony to his childhood sweetheart, from this union three additional blessing were born twins Javon, Jonaee and Chenel Watson. Anthony enjoyed singing, cooking and basketball earned him, his famous nickname of "Fingers" for his agility to palm the ball. Anthony held various jobs throughout his life. Hyons on Point Breeze being his last.
Anthony was preced in death by his loving dedicated mother, Mrs. Lousie Watson. Anthony leaves to cherish many loving memories; his father Mr. Melvin Watson (his wife Yvonne); daughters- Shameka, Javon, Janaeem Chenel; bonus daughter, Ms. Enjolii Finch: two sisters, Elaine and Angela; one aunt, Ms. Marie Coleman; Seven grandchildren; one great-grandson, Niece, two nephews, great-nephew and a host of cousins and friends
