Kevin Naheem Copes

     Kevin Naheem Copes entered in this world on May 20, 1991, with his twin Kaneisha Naheem Copes, they were born to Kevin Young and the late Geraldine Copes. Kevin also known as Kevy-Kev or Stonez to many of his friends. He attended the Philadelphia School district as well as vision quest where he learned horseback riding and hunting for food. Kevin was an energetic kid who grew up to be an energetic young man. He had the heart of a lion, there was nothing he would not do for his family or friends. His siblings would often tease him and call him a mama’s boy. He loved music and wrote a few rap songs. Kevin also worked in the food industry Kevin was a devoted Father of three. He met Balisha Rasheed and out of their union was a beautiful baby girl Naheema Copes. He later met Yaimah Waters and from their union was another beautiful baby girl Zahira Copes. He later met and married Antoinette Williams from this union was his first handsome boy Kevin Naheem Copes Jr.

     Kevin was injured in the late 2018, he had a slew of caregivers. His cousin, Alisha Vann; his sister, Natasha Copes and Yolanda Costin, Denise Johnson and Danielle Lovett.

     Kevin turned his life over to GOD in 2017, he joined the neighborhood church with pastor ken. He was glad he did, because the rein it gave him the reinsurance that he will see his late mother again after she passed. Kevin was preceded in death by his mother, Geraldine Copes and his niece, Jamie Copes and two nephews, Semaj Copes and Rashir Isaac. Kevin leaves a legacy of love ones to cherish his precious memory: his wife, Antoinette Williams; his father, Kevin Young and three children, Naheema Copes, Zahira Copes and Kevin Copes Jr. and four sisters, Wydia Copes, Lateisha Copes, Natasha Copes and Twin, Kaneisha Copes, Lateisha Copes, Natasha Copes and Twin, Kaneisha Copes and one brother, James Copes. Nieces Kevenah, Rikyah, Rashae, Zakayah, Jaymi Lynn, Brooke and Nyla, Nephews, Wyleem, Tyray, Tyheid, Lateif, Jafir, Azhar, Kevin, and Kaaileef and Great-Niece Bellah. A Host of Aunts – Ruthy, Nancy, Pam, Pat, Delores Mack, Margaret, Yolanda, Diane, Uncles-Mary, Karl, Michael, David and Tony and a host of cousins
