Mariah Stephen Horner was born January 22, 1981, to Joseph Parris and Donna Horner, in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Since she was a young child, she has always had a fierce soul; an energy so strong you could feel her in any room. She attended Academy Park High School and began her life as a young adult in the Philadelphia region.
Mariah became a mother, at the age of 17, when she gave birth to her oldest son Joey. Over the next few years, her family grew when she gave birth to Tapanja, and later, Cameron. She loved her children and dedicated her life to making sure they knew she would always be there to help guide them through life’s journeys. She was an animal lover, once owned a horse, and especially loved her dog, Bully. She enjoyed various water activities, like swimming in the pool and even tubing down the Delaware River.
Mariah also grew a love for bikes, riding, and the Motorcycle Community. She became a member of Philly Street Kings MC (2007-2012), then later Twisters Social Club. In 2014, Mariah met her life partner, Norman (AKA Dogg), and ultimately, they became inseparable. Mariah was an amazing pool shark who knew how to “get them off the table” and always found her way to the closest Spades table for some trash talking competition. You could literally hear her, before you saw her! If you were fortunate enough to see her smile it was so pure, filled with love, and lit up a room! She was strong and undeniably beautiful, and among all, a hero. Mariah was an organ donor and has already saved 4 lives. Mariah will forever be remembered for being a loving Daughter, Mother, Life-Partner, Sister, and Friend…She will be remembered as a woman, who was truly, in a league of her own!
Mariah is survived by her children, Joseph, Tapanja, Cameron, and stepson Luis; Grandchildren: Arianna, Mateo and Greyson; Parents: Donna Horner and Joseph Parris (Amy), her long-term partner Norman (AKA Dogg) and a plethora of Brothers and Sisters within the MC Community. She is predeceased by her first grandchild, Jayden.
