Milan Ciara Gilliard, born on August 11, 1981, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was a radiant and creative spirit whose life was a celebration of beauty, joy, and connection. She passed away on April 7, 2025, at the age of 43, leaving behind a legacy of love, artistry, and cherished memories.
From a young age, Cee-Cee discovered her passion for hair and makeup, transforming it into a lifelong pursuit that brought confidence and happiness to those around her. Her talent and dedication made her a trusted stylist and artist in her community, where she was known for her ability to make everyone feel beautiful inside and out.
Cee-Cee's love for dancing was another vibrant thread in the tapestry of her life. Whether it was at family gatherings, special events, or simply in her living room, her energy and joy were infectious. She believed in the power of dance to bring people together and create lasting memories.
Family and friends were at the heart of Cee-Cee 's world. She was a devoted daughter, sister, and friend who always made time for those she loved. Her warmth and creativity also leave an everlasting imprint on all who cherished her as a dear friend and confidant."
