In loving memory of our Son, Brother, Father, Grandfather, Cousin, Uncle, and Friend. The family regrets to inform you of the passing of our beloved Nathan "Bum Bum" Francis on Tuesday, March 10th, 2026.Nathan leaves behind his younger Brother Keenan "Porkey" Francis. His eldest son, Nathan Hudwell, and a younger son, Natwain Francis. Grandchildren, Zyair Francis, and Londynn Francis. His Joy, Goddaughter Cherylene "Gerri" Newson. The Mothers of his beautiful Children. Beloved Cousins, extended Family and Friends. He loved you all. Nathan "Bum Bum" Francis was born June 10th, 1970.. To his Beloved Mother Ms. Alberta "Baby Sis" Greene-Francis, Father Nathan "Bummy" Sullivan. Nathan spent some of his adult life living with his mother and beloved German Shepherd, Matlock. MS. "Baby Sis" affectionately called her eldest Son "Bum Bum", and that nickname followed Nathan all through his childhood and adult life. He was known to many by that name. Nathan "Bum Bum" Francis was born and raised in South Philadelphia, where He spent most of his time with his long-time friends from youth. The"MONOPOLY BOYZ. He attended the Philadelphia School District in his formative years of education.In the early 90s, Nathan started his career in the Food Service Industry that remain solid and steadfast into the early 2000s. He enjoyed being a part of a team that brought nourishment to others.The Wharton School was his last place of employment. Where Nathan was of Service to the Students and Faculty of the School.In 2003 Nathan suffered a life-changing injury that would take away his ability to walk, but renewed and strengthened his spirit each day that he was given by the grace and mercy of our Lord and Savior to see another day.Nathan was able to remain in the comfort of his home, for 23 years after his injury, because God has the final say.For twenty-three years "Bum Bum" would not only adapt to his new life with his disability, but also effortlessly learned how to do all the things he loved. From playing his music to making his own Beats.Using his remote to record his favorite shows. Enjoying his favorite foods.Attending some events with family and friends.Having an online social environment to talk with those whom he loved. He did all of these things on his own. Using his Mouth to control his stick, to write, or push buttons. Never complaining, but adapting. He did all of these things within the twenty-three years that our Lord and Savior graciously added to his life. Family and Friends were blessed to have spent that time with him.In keeping with his wishes, Nathan was cremated. His ashes will be kept at home in an Urn, surrounded
