Shekinah Rafiqe Williams

Shekinah Rafiq Williams was born September 20, 1983, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Tierra Williams and the late Anthony Knight. Shekinah was educated in the Philadelphia school system. He was given many nicknames over the years by close family and friends: Little Tony, Bear, Conna and 40. Conna loved cookouts, seafood, swimming, working out, riding dirt bikes, and most of all his four children. Early on in life, Conna was introduced to the sovereignty of Christ and knowingly passed on the importance of prayer to his children. Conna was unique in many acts of life-he did what he wanted , when he wanted to, on his own accord. He was the life of any and every gathering, big or small. Conna had a smile and a laughter that could illuminate an entire room. He was the ultimate competitor, never backing down from any challenge presented to him. Conna was truly a force to be reckoned with. He had to be the center of attention but to know him was to love him. His energy brightened the hearts of many, and for that he will never be forgotten. SheKinah leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Tierra Williams: his four children, SheKinah Jr., She-Kyah, Shenyah and She'Kir two sisters Alicia and Angela: one brother, Darnell, one nephew, Shawn "Number 3" two loving, caring, nurturing grandmothers, Delores Bryant and Blanche Knight, one step grandfather, Edward Smith: two close cousins whom were like brothers, LaQuaille Bryant and Carlton Chase: and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his Uncle "Tank", Aunt Linda, Grandfather Albert and his father Anthony.
