Teresa Ann Showell

Teresa Ann Showell was born on January 23, 1950 in Selbyville, Delaware to Evelyn Showell and Edward M. Wilson, Sr. Teresa was raised in Philadelphia by her mother, Evelyn Showell, Grandmother Sarah Showell, Stepfather Samuel Winfrey. Ads a child Teresa attended E.M. Stanton Elementary School, Barrett Jr. High School, High School, and later graduated from South Philadelphia High School in 1967. She was a member of the Varsity Basketball and Volleyball Teams. Playing sports was one of her passions. Teresa was preceded in death by her husband, David L. Brown, Sr; mother Evelyn Winnfrey; stepfather, Samuel Winfrey; father, Edward M Wilson, Sr., and sister-friend Beverly Jackson. Teresa leaves to cherish her memories, son, David L. Brown II, daughter, Charese M. Brown, grandsons rechard Applewhite and Raquan Johnson, granddaughter, India Barnes, great granddaughter, Alyana Johnson, sister-brother Edward M. Wilson, Jr (Mildred), godchildren, and a host of cousins and friends.
