Walter Taylor

Walter Taylor Entered in this world on January 3, 1932. He attended the Philadelphia School District. He resided in North Philadelphia in the Norman Blumberg Housing Units. He was a Security Guard for many years. He met Lamont and Pamela Greer in November of 1998. They became close friends Walter was the security guard in their building, he would call Lamont his son. They were so close, when the Greer moved to south Philadelphia , so did Walter. Lamont would often look after Walter, Checking on him and taking him to his Doctors appointment and to the supermarket when needed.

Walter gave his life to Christ and joined the 20^th street Baptist Church under the Leadership of the late Reverend Ervin Hicks. Walter’s friends were his family. He loved watching family feud and sitting by his bedroom window doing puzzles.

Walter will truly be missed by everyone he met.
