William Samuel Ganns

William Samuel Ganns was born on January to the late Helen and James Wade who preceded him in death along with one sister Mary Means and two brothers. 'William was educated in The Philadelphia Public School system- William then entered and was discharged from the Rational Guard after serving his county for 16 years. William was united in Holy Matrimony to Anna Mae Sanders. Out of that union they were blessed with two children Lisa Renee Ganns and William Ganns Jr. "William was employed with the union local 64 as a brick mason. In 1982 William met Marlene George they became husband and wife in 2001 from that union came 4 sons Jermaine, Abveda, Rafiek and Richard. 'William loved to go Hunting, Horseback riding, and Fishing, to name a few of his hobbies he loved. As William became sick, his wife Marlene and son Richard cared for him and watched him closely throughout his illness. On, October 20, 2020, at 4:38 pm, The Lord called William Into eternal rest. He leaves to cherish his life: Wife, Marlene George Ganns; Five sons, William Jr., Jermaine, Rafiek, Abveda and Richard; One daughter, Lisa Renee Ganns; Three sisters, Ivy Good, Jacqueline Wade and. Belinda Stewart; Two brothers, Bernard Wade and Rasul Wade; Four sisters four sisters-in-law, Priscilla George, Laura George, Laura George, and Diane George; Four brothers-in-laws, Leslie Stewart, John George, Harold George and Anthony George; One aunt, Gertie Page; and a host of Grandkids, Great-grandkids, nieces, nephews family and friends.
